Accounts and membership
An account is created after a successful purchase. Memberships renew according to the plan shown at checkout unless canceled. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
Payments
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Intro offers and trials apply only as described at purchase. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our support process.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or reverse engineer our assessments for competing products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowInera is not liable for decisions you make based on assessment results. The service is provided as available.
